After this week, you’ll have to wait until next year before your ABC Family favorites return to your screen – but not much longer.
The cable network has announced that its four signature shows “Pretty Little Liars”, “Switched At Birth”, “The Lying Game” and “Bunheads” will all be returning in the week of January 7.

ABC Family has announced that it has picked up its successful drama “Pretty Little Liars” for a fourth season of 24 episodes.
The third season is set to resume its run in early 2013, with a special Halloween episode coming in a few days, Tuesday, October 23, at 8 PM ET/PT.
Is “The Killing” not over?
TVLine’s Michael Ausiello reports today that after AMC canceled its mystery drama “The Killing” after two seasons, there are two other venues the show might continue on.
According to multiple sources, DirecTV and Netflix are in early talks with Fox TV to revive the show for a third season.
Clea DuVall, who most of you might remember from “Carnivale” and “Heroes”, has booked a recurring role on FX’s upcoming second season of “American Horror Story, TVLine’s Michael Ausiello reports.

According to TVLine’s Megan Masters, occasional “Bones” lab squintern Joel David Moore is ready to visit some “Men At Work”.
The actor, who recurred on “Bones” up until last year, and might do again next season, will be guest starring in the TBS comedy in an upcoming episode titled “Super Milo”. He will play Doug, an editor of Full Steam Magazine who gets involved in the guys’ kooky competition to hold a staff meeting only with lyrics of popular songs. “Men at Work” airs Thursdays at 10/9c PM on TBS.

At least one of the Bravermans might find out soon that she loves Raymond.
Ray Romano (“Everbody Loves Raymond”) has joined the cast of NBC’s “Parenthood” for multiple episodes, TVLine’s Megan Masters reports. The actor will play a photographer who shows more than just porfesssional interest in Sarah (Lauren Graham) – a fact that of course doesn’t sit too well with Mark (returning Jason Ritter).
Romano debuts in the season four premiere, which is set for Tuesday, September 11 at 10/9c PM.

- TVLine’s Vlada Gelman reports that Margarita Levieva will be returning next season on ABC’s “Revenge”, reprising her role of faux-Amanda Clark, who turned up pregnant in last season’s finale. Levieva will be on hand for at least seven of the first 14 episodes.
Showtime has announced today that it has picked up two new shows to series for its 2013 lineup.
“Ray Donovan” stars Liev Schreiber as the titular character, a “fixer” who works for the Los Angeles elite. Wanna bet that his client’s doings are even more dirty than the ones on ABC’s “fixer” series “Scandal”?

A few news bits from today.
- We already know for a while that Lindsay Lohan is playing the iconic Elizabeth Taylor in Lifetime’s upcoming movie based on the movie star. But as of today, courtesy of Deadline, we also know who will play another, equally iconic character. Grant Bowler (“True Blood”, “Ugly Betty”) has been cast to play Richard Burton, the actor who was married twice to Taylor. His casting was finalized today after a reading with Lindsay Lohan. Production is set to begin on June 4, for an air date TBD.
On Tuesday, June 5 at 8/7c, ABC Family will launch the third season of its suspenseful drama “Pretty Little Liars”.
